I enjoy more than anything learning new things. I try in the work to answer some questions. I also enjoy the moment of excitement that comes when a discovery is made or some unknown thing is revealed. I like to play with motion and space, sound and color. Sometimes these show up in the work if I do it well.
Like everyone else I am the product of my environment as far back as memory goes and maybe even farther. I believe that the chance of anyone else ever having the same environment as far back as they can remember, is not even remotely possible. So the things that we express, as much as we might want them to be like someone else's can only be ours, the product of who we are.
So in a way our job is to discover all of that and expose it through the work.
